Movie Map North Wales website

Movie Map North Wales website

Created for the Tourism Partnership North Wales, this website was developed to attract movie fans to visit the North Wales area, and to increase tourism in general.

The main feature of the website is an interactive map, developed using Flash, where users may explore the wide variety of productions filmed in the area, and then find out more details. This website also complies with W3C A web-accessibility standards.

Meinir Gwilym website

A website created as an information resource for fans of best selling Welsh language artist Meinir Gwilym. The website is fully bilingual, and interaction with fans is encouraged via a client-editable monthly competition page, and a fans 'photo of the month' feature.

The website also features gig listings, discography, merchandise, latest news and a bio. Built using XHTML and CSS, this website complies with W3C AAA web-accessibility standards.

Pristine website

A brochure website created for a specialist artistic ceiling company. Pristine required a strong online presence mirroring the high quality products they create. The website promotes the company's range of services, as well as providing information & image galleries of previous projects.

Built using XHTML and CSS, this website complies with W3C AAA web-accessibility standards.

Wales Trade International CD-Rom

Wales Trade international CD-Rom

A dual-platform, interactive presentation created for distribution at foreign events. The presentation promotes Wales as a location for the automotive industry, attracting inward investment in the sector.

The disc features an interactive, animated industry overview developed using Adobe After Effects, a video sequence featuring popular Welsh locations, and a searchable database of companies involved in the sector which can then be printed for future reference.

Updata interactive animation

Public sector broadband supplier Updata required an interactive, animated sequence describing how a typical network infrastructure may be arranged.

Intended to be presented to potential clients, the sequence allows for the presenter to narrate while controlling the running speed.

Scalable Networks presentation

Created for an IT network consultancy, this presentation was developed as a sales aid for company executives - providing a rich visual guide for Scalable Networks' products & services.

Although presented in PowerPoint format (enabling easy customisation of text content and slide order), the presentation contains rich Flash content which enhances the presentation, giving a polished & professional feel.

360 Clothing website

Scalable Networks presentation

An e-commerce website solution for a skate & surf clothing retailer. The client required a website which would visually appeal to its target audience of younger people, and compete with already well established companies offering similar services.

The website was developed using an off-the-shelf e-commerce package, which delivered fully customisable appearance & functionality via editable CSS & XSL files.

Galeri Caernarfon website

Galeri Caernarfon website

Focusing on the Galeri arts centre opened in Caernarfon in 2004, the Galeri website features full bespoke content management, enabling the client to keep the website fully updated in-house.

The main aim of the website was to create an online guide to forthcoming events, via a newsletter subscription service - while at the same time, marketing the facility as an arts & events venue.

ICI CD-Rom

ICI CD-Rom

ICI required an e-learning tool for its employees to gain awareness of international competition & antitrust laws. The project features 7 sections for the user to work through, each featuring a separate high quality movie sequence, case study examples and printable text.

At the end of each section, there is also an interactive quiz where users may test what they have learned from that section.

Wales Screen Commission CD-Rom

Wales Screen Commission CD-Rom

Interactive dual-platform presentation promoting Wales as a film location. The platform used was a business card CD-Rom, therefore requiring the presentation to be optimised to a relatively small size.

Developed entirely in Flash, the presentation features an innovative navigation system linking to image galleries of landmarks & locations in Wales.

BBC animated idents

A series of animated idents promoting the autumn season for BBC Wales.

The animation process involved selecting appropriate footage, and manipulating the sequences to create a contemporary, stylised feel.

The animations were developed using Adobe After Effects and Flash.

CF1 'Alone' DVD

CF1 'Alone' DVD

Electronic pres kit DVD created for film production company CF1 Productions. The DVD was developed to market 'Alone' - a new film production - to potential distributors.

The DVD contains a movie trailer, behind-the-scenes documentary, information on cast & crew, photo gallery and a script preview.

The DVD was developed using Abode After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and DVD Studio Pro.

Website showcasing the Atticus design portfolio and their services. The website was developed entirely using Flash, resulting in a high impact company image.

This website was developed in tandem with a brochure and other printed promotional material – so brand consistency was required throughout the marketing material.

Takeda Kiosk presentation

Stand-alone kiosk presentation for multi-national pharmaceutical company Takeda.

Designed as an easy to use information point for cardiovascular conditions and Takeda products related to the condition, the product was used at a corporate medical event.

Sun Microsystems CD-Rom

CD-Rom based presentation marketing Sun Microsystems Finance packages to potential custmomers.

The presentation was developed using Flash.

An animation sequence featuring new products created for home appliance manufacturer Rowenta.

Developed using Flash, the animation was used as a visual aid for company promotional events.

Hitachi 'Life' microsite

Hitachi 'Life' microsite

Hitachi Europe required a high-impact microsite promoting their home cinema systems which would sit alongside their main European website.

The website was available in six different language options, utilising dynamic text imported into Flash to remove the need of reloading content.

The visual design was based on an advertising campaign Hitachi were running simultaneously.

Ronson website

Well known cigarette lighter manufacturer Ronson International required a fresh design solution for their website.

Keen to embrace a younger, fresher image the design moved away from a more traditional company perception.
